Custom Moulding
We also manufacture a range of products which are custom made for specific customers. These products are the culmination of research and development between our customers and ourselves to ensure that the end product is exactly what the customer envisioned. We use state of the art computer equipment and applications to design, develop and test products.
Rotational Moulding
Rotational moulding is a versatile and cost-effective manufacturing process used to create hollow plastic products. This method involves loading powdered resin into a mould, which is then heated and rotated along two perpendicular axes. The resin evenly coats the interior walls of the mould, resulting in seamless, durable, and lightweight products.
Our rotomoulded products are widely used in sectors like agriculture, construction, and sanitation, thanks to their strength, resilience, and long-lasting performance.
Thermoforming
Thermoforming is a highly efficient plastic forming process where a plastic sheet is heated until pliable and then moulded into shape using a specific mould. This technique is perfect for producing lightweight, thin-walled parts with excellent detail.
Thermoforming is often used for products like bins, basins, and trays, providing great aesthetic appeal and functional reliability.
Extrusion Moulding
Extrusion moulding is a continuous process used to create long plastic components with a consistent cross-section. This method pushes molten plastic through a shaped die, producing items such as pipes, tubes, and profiles.
Our extrusion moulding is particularly suited for the production of high-performance pipes and fittings, including those certified to SANS 15874 specifications, ensuring reliability and compliance with industry standards.
